I’m Dr. Jennifer Scally, a GP, Integrative Functional Nutritional Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. I am dedicated to helping you take control of your metabolic health and reduce your risk of chronic metabolic disease. As an NHS doctor for 17 years, with 11 years as a GP I have witnessed the rise in chronic metabolic diseases such as Type II Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity. Working at the frontline of healthcare I’ve witnessed how lifestyle choices can sabotage our health. Equally, I’ve also seen how small changes can lead to significant health improvements. It’s never too late to start your journey towards better health.
My approach compliments traditional medical advice by integrating Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. Together, we’ll work to optimise your cardio-metabolic health, prevent or reverse cardio-metabolic disease, and help you achieve a healthy weight.

Hello, I’m Dr Jennifer Scally, Founder of The Metabolic Health Doctor, truly dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their metabolic health and reduce their risk of chronic metabolic disease.
As a medical NHS doctor for 17 years and a GP for 11 of those, I have witnessed how we are sabotaging our health through the lifestyle choices we make. I have also witnessed how making small lifestyle shifts can result in huge health gains. The earlier we make these changes the better but it’s certainly never too late.
